A little bit of my story

Kazi Didar Hossain Shohan is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade, primarily in system administration and IT management. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. His career began in web development and IT support, but over the years, he progressed to roles with increasing responsibility.

His journey started at Software Point, where he gained hands-on experience in web development and marketing. Later, he moved to National Productivity Organisation as an IT Assistant, honing his skills in software setup, network maintenance, and web development. His dedication and expertise were further recognized when he took on the role of IT Officer at Unnayan Shahojogy Team (UST), where he managed all IT operations, including software upgrades, social media coverage, and organizational MIS development.

Kazi’s career took a significant turn when he joined Square Informatix Ltd., where he initially worked as a System Engineer, quickly advancing to Assistant System Administrator, and ultimately becoming a System Administrator. His responsibilities include overseeing network infrastructure, managing endpoint security, handling server configurations, and supporting corporate and remote systems. He has also been instrumental in deploying and maintaining network and communication systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT operations across different offices.

Kazi is passionate about IT management, capacity building, and system security. His technical skills are backed by training in various IT disciplines, including networking, database administration, and information security. He’s also an active member of the Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) and continues to improve his knowledge through training programs and workshops.

Outside of work, Kazi values teamwork, leadership, and continuous learning. His ability to adapt to new challenges, coupled with his strong interpersonal skills, makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
